VERSION 2026-10-08-V4 · PILOT PREVIEW
Service & refund terms.
Draft offer terms for owner review. Paid checkout is disabled. Submitting a request does not create a payment obligation.
What you are requesting
NutriCompliance offers a fixed-scope claim evidence assessment for one dietary supplement product, the exact advertising claims you submit, and the U.S. adult audience described in the accepted scope. One-time prices are $79 for one claim, $149 for three claims, and $149 plus $35 per claim after the first three for packets of four or more claims on the same product. One-time purchases do not renew.
How your report is prepared
Your Claim Evidence Report is AI-generated using targeted literature retrieval and analysis, followed by an automated consistency check. Individual expert review is not included. The process can miss papers, misread evidence or make incorrect inferences. Search coverage and full-text access are limited and disclosed. This is not a systematic review or a human expert opinion. Validate the sources, interpretation and complete advertisement before use. A source-backed report is not a finding that FTC substantiation requirements have been met.
Payment does not secure a favorable conclusion. An insufficient-evidence finding is a valid deliverable. The packet is not FDA or FTC approval, legal representation, a certification of regulatory compliance, an ingredient safety certification, product testing or a guarantee of marketplace or advertising approval. The assessment is limited to the materials, sources, market and date described in the report.
Evidence Monthly
The optional subscription costs $500 per month and automatically renews until cancelled. Each successfully paid billing month includes ten claim credits shared across your product requests. One credit covers one exact claim; one product per request, no fixed claim-count maximum. Credits are applied only after the materials check passes and you choose to use your monthly allowance. Unused credits expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges. If your remaining allowance is too small for a packet, wait for renewal or explicitly choose a separate one-time purchase.
Cancel future renewals through Manage subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; unused allowance remains available until then. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current month. If an assessment cannot be delivered, contact support to resolve it or arrange a credit adjustment or applicable refund. Failed renewal payments do not grant a new allowance. Refunded subscription payments pause the corresponding allowance and assessment access pending support resolution.
What the packet includes
An evidence table with source links; assessment of ingredient form, dose, population and advertising context; claim findings and scientific rationale; evidence gaps and limitations; wording direction where appropriate; and a dated claim evidence report and claims register. Each new report includes separate 1–10 Substantiation Confidence and Regulatory Risk ratings with the reasons for each. Confidence rates scientific support for the exact wording; risk rates the material concerns identified in the U.S. federal advertising and label-claim screen. These are judgment scales, not probabilities or agency grades. Missing in-scope information makes the risk rating provisional. State-specific rules, non-U.S. markets and platform policies are not covered. The report can be printed to PDF and the evidence table downloaded as CSV. Copyrighted full-text papers are not automatically supplied.
Scope acceptance and delivery
Saving your materials is free. You confirm that the initial scope fits: a U.S. adult dietary supplement with no more than five active ingredients and complete daily amounts. With your consent, an automated materials check runs before payment to flag missing details or requests outside this pilot. Passing that check does not establish claim support. Literature research and report preparation start after verified payment. Processing time varies; a completion-time commitment will be set after live validation. Input contradictions, retrieval failures or failed consistency checks pause delivery and display the issue. Support can resolve a blocked order or arrange a refund when the purchased assessment cannot be delivered. The request and report are delivered through My reviews. Report-ready notifications and secure access links are sent to your delivery email. You can also check status in the purchase browser.
Exclusions
The pilot excludes disease-treatment claims, pediatric and pregnancy claims, litigation, responses to government investigations, clinical-trial design, laboratory testing and full label or safety audits. Complex formulas may need a separately agreed scope; there are no automatic extra charges.
Corrections, cancellations and refunds
You may withdraw an unpaid request. The paid-service policy permits a full refund if you cancel before paid literature research begins; the free materials check does not remove that option. If the system cannot deliver the purchased assessment, contact support for correction or a refund. Refund handling is not yet automated. Report factual errors or an omitted agreed deliverable within seven days of delivery for correction without an additional fee. A new formula, claim or advertising context is a new scope. An unfavorable scientific conclusion alone is not a service failure. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your materials
Provide complete, accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not upload patient records, card data or unrelated personal information. You remain responsible for final advertising decisions and implementation.
