Your materials
stay with your review.

NutriCompliance uses your account identity, email, submitted product information, uploaded materials and order status to provide your requested assessment and support. No password or customer account registration is required. A necessary secure browser cookie protects your current workspace; email links restore access on another device.

Storage and access

Records and files are stored on dedicated Railway-hosted persistent storage. Access is limited by the application to the submitting account and the configured NutriCompliance reviewer. Hosting and authentication providers process information as needed to operate the service. With your explicit consent, product details, advertising context and attachments are sent to OpenAI to generate the assessment. Names and email addresses from your account are not included in our analysis requests. Avoid personal or unrelated sensitive information in your documents. Background responses are stored by the processing provider to support processing and recovery; provider retention and account settings apply. We do not promise zero retention.

Research sources

The application sends ingredient names, outcome terms and supplied PubMed IDs or DOIs to Europe PMC for literature searches. It does not deliberately send your contact details or complete formula to that research service. Reports and research records are saved in your workspace; source text may also be processed by OpenAI. Uploaded documents can themselves contain identifying information.

Payments

When payments are activated, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. The application records the order amount, payment session identifier and payment status; it does not collect or store card numbers. The payment configuration is separate from other funnels.

Measurement

The application records aggregate daily counts for landing and sample views, pricing visibility, assessment clicks, intake steps, saved requests and checkout starts. View events contain an event name and day, not claim text or a visitor identifier. Event-name flags in browser session storage reduce repeated counts within a tab; no product details are stored there. Preview activity, configured owner activity and activity while paid launch is disabled are recorded separately from customer activity. Counts can still include bots and multiple tabs, and are not unique-person measurements or proof of purchases. Necessary hosting providers may maintain operational logs.

Retention and requests

You can remove attachments from My reviews before the first materials check starts. If removal is interrupted, the attachment stays excluded from research and downloads while you retry storage cleanup. Other unpaid request details and paid review records currently remain stored until reviewed for removal; automatic record deletion is not enabled. Contact steve@nutricompliance.com to request access, correction or deletion. Records needed for payment, legal obligations or dispute resolution may need to be retained. Do not submit unrelated sensitive personal information.

Communications

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We use Resend to send transactional access and report-ready emails. Resend receives the delivery email and message content. Email delivery errors and provider message identifiers are retained for operational support. Access links are private and expire; request a fresh one when needed.
