GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

What exactly do I receive?+

A dated, printable claim evidence report and downloadable evidence spreadsheet. Each claim has a 1–10 Substantiation Confidence rating and a separate 1–10 Regulatory Risk rating, with scientific rationale, study links, product-fit assessment and specific next steps. The regulatory screen covers U.S. federal advertising and label-claim principles; state rules, other countries and platform policies are not included. Full journal articles are not included.

When do I pay, and how do I get the result?+

First submit your materials and confirm them for the automated scope check. If the request can be researched, you choose whether to pay. Research starts after confirmed payment, and the result appears in My reviews. This pilot does not yet offer a verified delivery-time promise.

Which package should I choose?+

Choose one claim to assess one exact advertising statement. Choose three claims for three statements about the same product, such as three benefit bullets. For four or more claims on the same product, choose the larger report: $149 for the first three plus $35 each after that. Evidence Monthly includes 10 claim credits for $500/month across product requests. Separate products need separate requests. No plan guarantees a favorable finding.

How is my report prepared?+

The service uses automated research and analysis to read your materials, search PubMed, Europe PMC and ClinicalTrials.gov, compare evidence with your claim and check the report for consistency. Individual expert review is not included. Each report explains its sources and limitations. This is a targeted assessment, not a systematic review; some sources may be missed or available only as abstracts.

Does this certify my claim as FTC compliant?+

No. The assessment uses a framework informed by FTC substantiation principles, but its conclusions can be wrong or incomplete. You must verify the research and complete advertisement before relying on it. It is not agency approval, legal advice or a guarantee that a regulator or advertising platform will accept a claim.

What if the research does not support my claim?+

The assessment explains the gap and possible next steps. An insufficient-evidence finding is a valid result. Technical failure or missing input is shown separately and never substituted for an assessment.

Who is this for?+

Supplement founders, brand teams and agencies evaluating U.S. adult product claims. This pilot is limited to formulas with up to five active ingredients. Disease-treatment claims, pediatric or pregnancy claims, litigation and regulator responses are outside this initial offer.

How do I get my report?+

Your private workspace holds your request, progress and report. We email a secure link when your report is ready. Recover access on another device using your delivery email.

Do I need an account?+

No. Start your claim, provide a delivery email and check out as a guest. No password is required. Secure email links let you return to your reviews and manage subscriptions.
